Empaffee was born from a simple but radical idea: what if getting emotional support felt as normal, and as accessible, as grabbing a cup of coffee? At its core, Empaffee is an emotional wellness café where empathy is the main ingredient. Instead of starting with “What can I get you?”, we begin with “How do you feel?” Every drink, conversation, and experience is designed to affirm, understand, and gently support people where they are, without judgment, diagnosis, or pressure. Empaffee exists to make empathy visible, affordable, and woven into everyday life, one honest moment at a time.

Founded by Lucky Mor, Empaffee grew out of personal survival, caregiving, and a deep awareness of how inaccessible traditional mental health support can be, especially in moments of crisis or quiet loneliness. During a season marked by grief, depression, and caring for his mother after multiple strokes, Lucky realized that sometimes what saves us isn’t therapy as much as being seen, heard, and held in small, human ways. Empaffee is his answer to that realization: a space where coffee meets care, where feelings are welcome, and where community is built through empathy, not perfection.
